CHALLENGE #29 - FUN WITH FELT

Join our latest challenge over at Let's Craft and Create - Fun With Felt.


This 1st birthday card was fun to make.  I cut the number one from felt and also the lacey circle.  I made the sentiment in word which you can find how to do on my tutorial page.   I used ribbon, tatty ted and a little teddy charm to embellish.

Sympathy Card

I have just made this sympahty card using the Crafts Concept Dandelion Whispers embossing folder.  The swallow is cut using a Sizzix die.
Words are computer generated using the Baroque Script font.
I have embellised with black ribbon and pearl rhinestones.

Birthday Card

This is the card I made for my mother-in-laws birthday today.  I used papers from My Mind's Eye.  The large butterfly is from Spellbinders Fanciful Flight Dies.  The flowers are made using a Marianne Creatable die and the small butterfly is a EZ Cut Die.  Pearl rhinestones, little paper roses, lace and doilies are used.  For the round dome flower I used a polystyrene ball cut in half.  I added the punched flowers using a pearl headed pin as the centre of each one.

CHALLENGE #28 - HOW CHARMING

For our latest challenge over at Let's Craft and Create I have made a couple
of baby cards. The first is a Waterfall Card for a baby girl.  You can find it here at Sam Cards. I embellished with a little teddy bear charm, rhinestones and ribbon.

The second is a baby boy card.  The image is Bear in the Air from Cuddly Buddly.  I also used a teddy bear charm, rhinestones and ribbon on this one to decorate.
