Decoupage

I've been visiting Fred She Said's store again and found this gorgeous Daffodil decoupage set
I've added the little butterflies, a lace border and some ribbon.

Our challenge over at Let's Craft and Create is on for another week and the theme is "Decoupage" so you still have time to enter.

Cute Girls Card

Well I thought I would give digital colouring ago using Adobe Photoshop.
This is my first attempt so it didn't go to bad but will have to practice.

I have used the digi image from CC Designs Puppy Kiki La Rue which can be found here at All that Scraps.

I used the cuttlebug embossing folders, martha stewart lace border punch
and embellished with ribbon and rhinestones.

CHALLENGE - #32 REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE

Here is the latest challenge over at Let's Craft and Create, click here to join in the fun.

The background is from The Mariposa Matstack.  I made the flower using the cuttlebug quilling rose kit and reused an old gold button for the centre.
I added ribbon, string, a little tea dyed gift tag and the little wooden ladybird peg.  I also added some old lace I found in my stash.

Click here for the monthly sketch challenge I'm running.

Challenge #23 - Eat Cake

I decided to try and make a cupcake card.   You can click here to get the template for this.  I used papers by Grace Taylor's Vintage Collection and decorated with pearl rhinestones and lace.  I cut the heart from a cork sheet and used an EZ Cut butterfly die, little teapot charm and blue ribbon to embellish my cupcake.

Say It With Flowers - Let's Craft and Create - Challenge #18

Let's Craft and Create Challenge

For my flowerpot card I made the flowers using the spellbinders flower die.  I embellished with ribbon and pearl rhinestone.   I embossed the flowerpot with the cuttlebug swirls embossing folder and used the Martha Stewart lace border punch for the top of the pot.

For You

I think black and white cards look really smart.
This is the first time  I have stitched around the outside with my sewing machine.

I have used the Spellbinders flower dies.

I used coloured card tags cut to shape for the background which I bought from The Warehouse.

Cards for Teachers

I am making some cards for my daughters school as there are a few teachers leaving at the end of the year for various reasons......   some are moving to other countries to be near family, others are  taking a term off for study leave ...... and the list goes on.

Here is the first one I have made.   I enjoy working with the cuttlebug butterfly die and emboss set.  You can do so much with it.

I have used the spellbinders scalloped circle and decorated with the lovely little paper roses.
